Description
As a Support Engineer at Balaji CNC, you will play a key role in supporting CNC machining operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining production quality. You will work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Provide on-site technical support for CNC machines
Assist machine operators in setup, tooling, and basic programming issues
Troubleshoot machine errors and coordinate with maintenance teams
Monitor machine performance and report recurring issues
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Support preventive maintenance activities
Maintain basic documentation and daily reports
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Engineering background in Mechanical, CNC, or related field
Basic knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes
Ability to identify and troubleshoot common machine issues
Willingness to work on the shop floor
Good communication and teamwork skills
