We are hiring a Lead Verification & Customer Success Executive to manage lead validation, business onboarding, and customer support for Verified Enquiries. This role ensures that only genuine businesses and verified enquiries flow through our platform.

We are looking for someone who can:
Verify incoming leads
Onboard new businesses
Provide structured support to clients
Maintain CRM records accurately
Ensure platform quality standards are maintained
You will directly impact business growth and platform credibility.
Call and verify incoming enquiries
Identify fake / duplicate / incomplete leads
Coordinate with businesses for onboarding documentation
Educate businesses on plan benefits and usage
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Handle WhatsApp / call / email support
Follow up with customers for service feedback
Maintain daily verification and support reports
Escalate fraud or suspicious activity to management
Assist in retention and renewal conversations
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
Comfortable with phone-based communication
Basic CRM or Excel knowledge
Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic understanding of sales or customer support
Smartphone + basic technical awareness
Preferred:
Experience in customer support / telesales / verification roles
Experience in SaaS / marketplace platforms
